CSI:Miami New Season

The CSI:Miami tv show on CBS has many followers. The show a spin off of CSI Crime Scene Investigation first aired September 23,2002. It is an interesting crime show and keeps you well entertained. Each show goes into a great deal of depth describing and discussing each case.

The job of the CSI is to bring in evidence that will tell who did the crime and why. Forensic evidence from the crime scene could include fingerprints,photo's,fibers,bullets,footprint molds,fibers, or blood trace. What-ever can be found to help solve the case. All this evidence is taken back to the crime lab and examined very thoroughly.

The main character in the show is "Haratio Caine" portrayed by David Caruso. Haratio is the homicide detective, a former N.Y.P.D. and bomb squad officer.

Emily Procter portraying Calliegh , a pretty tough,blond who is a ballistics and firearms specialist for the team. Her nickname is "Bullet Girl". She has proven more than once she can keep up with any man.

Adam Rodriguez portrays Eric, who specializes in underwater recovery knowing all the major waterways and canals .Rex Linn portrays Frank Tripps is a policeman that goes along to the crime scene and helps Horatio with cases.

Many indoor shots are taken in Long beach,California. The high-rise buildings look very much like the ones in Miami. The beautiful beach scenes are shot in the Naples district of Long beach,California. The scenery is colorful and just fantastic. There are canals and docks that look a lot like the ones in Miami. This may make you feel like you are in Miami ,but you are actually not.

The wonderful music playing throughout the show is amazing. There are many songs from Madonna,Papa Roach ,The Black Eyed Peas,Foo Fighters,Prince,The Who and more. The CSI:MIAMI theme song "Don't get Fooled Again" is done by the popular group "The Who". It can be found on the their album "Who's Next".

Studies have shown CSI:Miami to be the most most popular television show in 20 countries.The new season 8 begins September24,2009 on CBS.

How long does it take to graduate?

There are CSI jobs out there. Looking on job search websites and in forums on the Internet can help you find them. In fact .the job outlook is supposed to grow up to 32% by 2016.

What can you expect to make?

Earn anywhere from $25,000 at the bottom earning up to $73,000 a year at the top. It also depends on what department you are going to be working in and how knowledgeable you are.
